We Have An Advocate by Rebekkah Beene

As our granddaughter is getting ready for college life, she’s hit a few bumps in the road. Her grades have remained high and she’s an outstanding student. But signing up for college and getting the right dorm assignment, having all her money in the right place and things like that have taken some work. One thing occurred that really didn’t make any sense. That’s when her momma got involved.  She became and advocate and pulled out all the stops. When all was said and done the situation was just right.

We have an Advocate.

Oh beloved, there is no way you will have to go through what you are going through alone. God is with you! You have an Advocate in Christ! When the enemy wants to assign you to worry, fear, disbelieve He is pulling out all the stops for you. When the enemy accuses, rejects, and tries to ruin your life, your health, your family and more – The Advocate is interceding, inviting you to the Mercy Seat, creating an atmosphere for greater faith and producing in you a weight of Glory that far outweighs the present situation! You don’t have to face the accuser alone. You can stand fast in the liberty with which Christ has set you free. All the Power of Heaven is defeating the miniscule bluff of the enemy on your behalf. When all is said and done everything will turn out for your good and God’s glory! There’s no destiny that says you will live defeated, pressured, ruined. No, your destiny says victorious, overcomer, free! The accusations that seek to waylay you will become stepping stones to greater ministry and higher authority!

God loves you and He’s for you! Regardless of what you see or hear, God’s Word remains True for you! Thank the Father for all His bountiful help and comfort! Praise the Savior for His never ending intercession, support, encouragement and advocacy!  Worship in the Spirit and shout the handiwork of God everywhere you go as you live in the Light of His Covering and Care!

About the Author:

Rebekah Beene

In a Christian Women’s meeting in 1983, Rebekah was given a prophetic message that she would write books. Several years ago she began writing stories about special holiday memories and travels, sharing God’s love and care through each story. God has gifted Rebekah with the ability to look at the natural and see the supernatural. Both Rebekah and her husband Danny have a heart to share the Gospel and the riches of life in Christ to everyone they meet. They have served in the local church and in ministry to motorcyclists. Danny is an ordained minister and they both have been Bible study teachers for many years. Rebekah also speaks at women’s retreats and conferences. Her tag line says it all “God loves you and He’s for you”.
