Arson Suspect Held in Pennsylvania Gov. Fire.
A man has been arrested after allegedly setting fire to Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s official residence early Sunday morning, forcing the governor, his family, and guests to evacuate.
Authorities say the suspect, 38-year-old Cody Balmer, faces charges including attempted murder, terrorism, and arson.
The blaze caused significant damage, though no one was injured.
The attack occurred just hours after Shapiro shared Passover greetings from a family Seder at the mansion.
iPhones Spared 145% Tariff, Still Face 20%.
President Trump clarified Sunday that Chinese-made smartphones and laptops, including iPhones, will not face the full 145% tariff previously feared, but they will still be hit with a 20% fentanyl-related duty.
He added that those products are being reclassified under a new “tariff bucket,” with future levies likely tied to a broader national security review of the semiconductor supply chain.
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said the goal is to reduce reliance on China and bring tech manufacturing back to the U.S.
McIlroy Clinches Grand Slam at 2025 Masters.
Rory McIlroy won the 2025 Masters on Sunday in a dramatic sudden-death playoff over Justin Rose, clinching his first green jacket and completing the career Grand Slam.
