Desiring to do more, she and her husband proposed a ‘bridal express’ to match these women with prospective husbands in the outer lands of America. Teamed with the ‘Grace Place’ of London, this mission was funded for two years.
Featured are the many women and their adventures that the ‘Grace Foundation’ assisted in this endeavor. However, little did the Maclains realize what this would entail, including involvement with the Underground Railroad while attempting to resolve numerous wrongs in their path. One particular bride was Celsey MacLaughlin, who had to fight for justice in both America and Scotland, upon experiencing many losses in order to regain all that was hers.
This inspiring standalone sequel depicts the many brave women who sought and fought their way for a new beginning in an unfamiliar territory.
