A Miracle in a Miracle

Our granddaughter passed her final hearing test after surgery. This is phenomenal, especially since the tube in the ear placed at surgery didn’t remain where it was supposed to. There was still a hole in the eardrum. But somehow, that hole healed up and at this visit all was declared well. The doctor did say those holes don’t close up on their own. Usually.

We know don’t we? We give God the credit for the small miracle that occurred within the miracle of the tiny delicate surgery. A miracle in a miracle. Thank you Lord.

Oh beloved, you are beautiful, But you are more. You are a miracle. It’s impossible that anyone could change from being a natural person to a supernatural born again believer but you have been. And because of God’s plan through Christ to rescue you from your lost condition, He has done more for you than you can imagine. You are now enabled. The miracle within the miracle. Not just saved for heaven. It’s not a wait and see thing. While you are being transformed into Christ’s image you have been enabled to be an overcomer (overcoming obstacles and overcoming the sins that want to control your life). You are enabled to conquer the hills and chasms you face. You’ve been enabled to win the race and each leg of that race. You are now enabled to stand fast in faith and wield the weapons of righteousness – they are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

God loves you and He’s for you. Run to Him this morning and ask Him for a supernatural touch – a miracle within the miracle. Ask Him for provisions that will be yours for the duration. Thank Him for heaven but ask Him to cause you to live righteously and purposefully right here right now. And then beloved, live, move and have your being in the Light of the enabling Spirit of the Lord!

Colossians 1:11-12 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light.

2 Corinthians 3:6 He has enabled us to be ministers of his new covenant. This is a covenant not of written laws, but of the Spirit. The old written covenant ends in death; but under the new covenant, the Spirit gives life. The Glory of the New Covenant

Habakkuk 3:19 The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.

2 Corinthians 1:21-22 It is God who enables us, along with you, to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us.

About the Author:

Rebekah Beene

In a Christian Women’s meeting in 1983, Rebekah was given a prophetic message that she would write books. Several years ago she began writing stories about special holiday memories and travels, sharing God’s love and care through each story. God has gifted Rebekah with the ability to look at the natural and see the supernatural. Both Rebekah and her husband Danny have a heart to share the Gospel and the riches of life in Christ to everyone they meet. They have served in the local church and in ministry to motorcyclists. Danny is an ordained minister and they both have been Bible study teachers for many years. Rebekah also speaks at women’s retreats and conferences. Her tag line says it all “God loves you and He’s for you”.
