Philadelphia DA Sues Musk to Halt $1M Payouts,
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is suing Elon Musk to halt his $1 million daily giveaways to Pennsylvania voters, funded by Musk’s pro-Trump America PAC.
Krasner’s lawsuit claims the Musk’s lottery, which awards cash randomly to swing-state voters who support a constitutional petition, is an illegal attempt to influence the Nov. 5 presidential election.
Musk’s giveaways have already awarded $1 million each to nine voters across key swing states, with more winners to be announced daily.
A court hearing on the matter is set for Friday, as Krasner seeks an injunction to stop further payments.
List: World’s Most Valuable Media Brands,
Google retained its title as the world’s most valuable media brand for the fourth year in a row, with U.S. companies holding nine of the top ten spots on Brand Finance’s annual list.

Google far outpaced other companies with a $333 billion valuation. TikTok was second with a $84 billion valuation. Instagram, No. 4, was the fastest-growing brand, increasing its value by 49% to $70 billion.
American companies largely dominated the top ten, except for Chinese brands WeChat, Tencent, and TikTok.
