I love to enter contests like the one at our local grocery store. I enter this contest because I have a friend who won the pick up truck one year. I especially love contests during the holidays. I have rarely won anything, but I still enter them. Someone has to win. And the more you enter the greater your chances of winning.
Enter a contest you have a vague chance of winning. Enter God’s Presence and you are automatically a winner! Glory!
Oh how we often forsake time in His Presence and settle for activity and business. But one moment in His Presence changes everything and gives us a heart to know Him more!
Oh beloved! Go ahead. Take the chance. Try the Lord out and see. He won’t disappoint you ever. He is hearing your desire to find meaning for this life. It’s not found in the lottery or the latest contest entries. It’s all found in His Presence! Every prayer you breathe, every tear you shed, every plea you cry out with – you are experiencing Him.
He says to us all His morning – come away with Me. Enter My gates – they are never locked to you. Enter My courts where you are free to remain. Better is One day in My Presence Than thousands elsewhere! I will put Thanksgiving in your heart and praise as well. Then you will be able to return it back to Me. My Presence is where you find meaning and purpose for life. There is abundant peace as well, along with comfort and joy! Nothing compares to being in My presence. You were born again to live everything in your life right out of My presence.
Beloved the Only Living God loves you and He’s for you. That’s why you find all you need in Him. Run to Him today and wrap your life around Him. You will never be disappointed as you live in the Light of His love and His care!
Psalm 27:8 When You said, “Seek My face,” my heart said to You, “Your face, O LORD, I shall seek.”
Psalm 63:1-2 O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water. Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.
Psalm 140:13 Surely the righteous will give thanks to Your name; The upright will dwell in Your presence.
About the Author:
In a Christian Women’s meeting in 1983, Rebekah was given a prophetic message that she would write books. Several years ago she began writing stories about special holiday memories and travels, sharing God’s love and care through each story. God has gifted Rebekah with the ability to look at the natural and see the supernatural. Both Rebekah and her husband Danny have a heart to share the Gospel and the riches of life in Christ to everyone they meet. They have served in the local church and in ministry to motorcyclists. Danny is an ordained minister and they both have been Bible study teachers for many years. Rebekah also speaks at women’s retreats and conferences. Her tag line says it all “God loves you and He’s for you”.
