At the women’s conference I recently attended, there were people at the door into the auditorium who let everyone know that they could not take anything but water inside. That was understandable as it was carpeted. People had to discard their drinks before they could enter.
Oh beloved, aren’t we blessed! As believers, we get it all. We have access to all of the blessings of God and we get to carry them with us everywhere we go. In the hospital? Yes. In the office? Yes. At the funeral home? Yes. And oh so especially so – in the sanctuary! If we can’t carry it all with us, why would we want to go? In Christ we have it all and we carry it all with us!
God wants you to know this morning that you are a very blessed, heavily armored believer! You lack nothing and you dare not discard a thing! Everything is needed for your walk in Christ. You even have His glory you carry with you! You even have His Spirit that gives you power and wisdom and love! You won’t make it without all of God. And in Christ is the fullness of the Godhead bodily! Don’t let a single door you step to make you drop God’s truth. You walk away from any entity that tells you all the Truth is not important. You walk in faith, led by the Spirit, and shout hallelujahs as you enter in!
God loves you and He is for you! What an amazing thing! What credentials to get you into the Holy of Holies. Now weapon formed against you will ever prosper, because you live and move and have your being in Christ!
Act 17:28 for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’
Colossians 2:9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind!
About the Author:
In a Christian Women’s meeting in 1983, Rebekah was given a prophetic message that she would write books. Several years ago she began writing stories about special holiday memories and travels, sharing God’s love and care through each story. God has gifted Rebekah with the ability to look at the natural and see the supernatural. Both Rebekah and her husband Danny have a heart to share the Gospel and the riches of life in Christ to everyone they meet. They have served in the local church and in ministry to motorcyclists. Danny is an ordained minister and they both have been Bible study teachers for many years. Rebekah also speaks at women’s retreats and conferences. Her tag line says it all “God loves you and He’s for you”.
